At the core of this program is the proprietary WICO Score, which assesses 15 essential health markers. This feature is designed to help users identify the root causes of their health concerns and facilitate targeted actions for improvement.

1. Download the app and create your account.
2. Easily sync your WICO app with the Health app or other compatible applications to maintain daily progress awareness.
3. Input the Invite ID given by the Transformations team or your healthcare provider in the “Connect” section of the app.
